Job Description: Install and zone electric fence around perimeter
The Security Way was appointed by JHI and Pangbourne Properties to install electric fencing around the perimeter fence of Jan Smuts Business Park.
Electric Fence Project:
The total distance of the electric fence came to 28 000 meters (28km) of wire all around the perimeter fence. Due to the distance of the fence we decided on aluminum wire. The electric fence had a total of six (6) zones. The zoning on the electric fence makes it easier for security guards to establish where an intruder is trying to gain access to the perimeter.
Earth Loops to prevent perpetrators from lifting the fence.

2010 Achievements:
2010 was a great year for The Security Way. We have established some strong relationships with major companies, estate developers and private individuals.
The Security Way has installed just under 100 000m (100km) of electric fencing during 2010.
